I highly recommend Mike Duran. He arrived on time. He had a contract to sign. He is very good painter works neatly and cleans up after.i found his prices to be reasonable. Mike and his crew performed the following: powerwash exterior; scrape, caulk split wood, fill cracks in stucco and patch spackle holes in wood fascia board; primed all surfaces; applied paint to full exterior of house, including fascia boards, window frames, stucco body, siding, gutters, garage door, door shutters and frames.
