DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! My husband sent an email in February 2022 to get our irrigation system turned back on. Irrigation MD had winterized for us in 2021. I started texting with Don in March 2022. He explained they were behind but they would get to us... March and April went by and we still hadn't seen them. I sent a reminder text in May... he will get to us. In June, they came to visit our neighbor... but didn't come to us. I asked why we keep being put on the back burner... and he has now blocked my number. KEEP IN MIND-- WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 3 YEARS. We were dedicated customers. This is no way to treat someone and horrible customer service!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Don, with Irrigation Doctor is the greatest!! Not only was he well versed and knowledgeable about his craft, but he was also very patient in explaining the problem. He also displayed good follow up and professionalism.
