In May of 2013, a property owner hired Cabarrus Pools for a fencing project using a permit obtained from Cabarrus County, and in November of 2012, a property owner contracted them to do a swimming pool project in the Back Creek Church Road neighborhood using a permit acquired from Mecklenburg County.
