I got to see first hand the kind of horrible craftsmanship, and how unorganized this company is. They remodeled my buddies kitchen and did more damage than I even thought possible. None of the subcontractors they used had any idea what they were doing, and had never even worked with muse before.

I was referred by a friend. I regret no getting references and actually talking to people who they done good work for. They took my money and haven't finished the job. Final inspection failed. And as of last month. Our new island leaked and now we have water damage. And we're having issues and still haven't finished. I had to go to the ER from olsers in my stomach from the stress this company has put me and my family through. The only thing their employees did was demo and install cabinets. They had different employees every week. Everything else was sub contracted out and not one thing went right. Multiple everyone. I pray to God that no one ever experience what my family has been through this year. They have dragged us through the mud. No communication no where. I would not wish MUSE RESIDENTIAL on my worse enemy. This has been the most stressful thing I have ever witnessed.

Never use MUSE Remodeling in Concord NC. 5-7 week project and it's been 7 months. This has been the most stressful thing me and my family has ever been through. Having no kitchen for weeks and then getting your dream kitchen destroyed by a bunch of people who don't know what there doing. Jerhmy the owner blocked my number after cursing me the first issue we came across. His wife Wendy ordered all the wrong color cabinets. Not once but two times. There's about a hundred things that is wrong that will take up a lot of time. Go online and read the reviews. They're not on the BBB. They took 74k dollars already. Our island sink filler exploded over a month ago. Entire island cabinets swelled and they came here took out the pot filler, took my trim. And yet have come back. I'm not sure what route to go? Please advice would be appreciated. They cut through my 10k glass door and they said they weren't going to fix that either. I never want anyone to ever experience customer service like this. PLEASE don't use them for nothing. We all make mistakes. We all screw up. But when you take my money, block my phone, and make me wait 7 months and nothing. It really becomes a burden that I would not wish on no one. Trim is missing. Different size corner mold. List goes on and on. My Family Doesn't deserve this. Nor does the city of Concord. I'm contacting Local news channel and I'm also calling NC General Contractor's board and NAHB tomorrow.
