Dirt Cheap Driveway Grading

Steve at Dirt Cheap Driveway Grading did a very poor job. He spent very little time grading resulting in an uneven and bumpy road. He dropped the asphalt across twice the specified area which meant the materials was spread very thin. It has been less than a month and it is already washing away.He did not dump asphalt in some of the most important locations as requested. The entire investment is compromised and every day we have to park one of our vehicles in the mud. Since the road was not graded smoothly, his tiny pressing roller could not compact many sections of the thinly laid asphalt. I was incredibly displeased with the quality of his work. When I kindly expressed my concerns, he claimed I did not read the contract. I reviewed the contract with him and he admitted to the mistake and brought in one additional truck load of materials, however he would have need many more trucks to make up for the mistake of dropping over half the materials in the wrong location. When we further discussed this, he threatened to go to court over the issue. When I read his reviews online afterwards, I found that others had similar problems with Steve. I hope that Steve remembers what it means to treat people fairly and with respect. I hope that Steve will come back and do what he promised.
