WARNING! BEWARE! We hired Comprehensive to paint the exterior of our home in preparation for putting it on the market for sale. The paint job was so sloppy and poorly done THE HOUSE IS NOW UNSELLABLE. It started with the crew showing up one week late to start the job without any phone call or text message. Finally received an automated website message at 2:30pm Monday, 08/22/22 saying that the start date had been changed to Tuesday, I received these messages 5 more days in a row. No explanation, just the automated message. They finally arrived and that is when the disaster began. When we went to inspect the final work it was clear that no care was taken in painting this vintage home and if Comprehensive could not spray paint it like some old barn they skipped it. We found that you could still see the old paint color under the paint, they had over-sprayed the white paint onto windows frames, door frames and gutters. None of the bases around the light fixtures were painted and I realize that they were not painted because it would require a paintbrush instead of the sprayer. They did not paint around the base of the house so there are 2-3 inches showing the old color. One entire side of the house is a disaster and looks far worse than before you started. Huge patches of some type of discolored spackle that is clearly not stucco. Paint overspray everywhere - did they use any type of tarp or plastic? The yard was a mess after Comprehensive left because of course that did not clean up. The stucco work is so bad it is indescribable. They painted the bushes, they painted over bags of mulch but they did not paint the attached garage because it was included. The workers onsite hustled us for $60 cash to paint the garage or else they would not do it. We gave Mike multiple opportunities to correct the work and instead he has been stringing us along with promises to correct the work for 7 weeks. He admitted multiple times that his crew did a bad job and he was going to come out and oversee the repainting and repairs. Never happened. We now have to pay thousands of dollars to have the work redone. In my opinion the reason contractors have such bad reputations is because of companies like Comprehensive Painting.

Mike painted my whole home. He did an outstanding job. Besides painting, he also installed kitchen counter, and garage opener for me. He completed his work on time. Importantly, he will give advice on color, and type of paints. All materials and service are given in one package. He completed one project for in March, and just finished another major project last week. This is the first time I hired the same person for two major projects.

I had them paint my living room, kitchen, and kitchen cabinets. I have no complaints.
