DO NOT HIRE! Takes payment, does not complete the work, does not return phone calls, does substandard work. BEWARE.

We purchased a tankless hot water heater and needed someone to install it for us. My husband located Eric and asked him if he was both licensed and insured, to which he stated that he was both. The water heater was installed approximately one week ago, and within that week we have had to call Centerpoint Energy to our home twice due to a gas leak. Eric is NOT a licensed plumber, and the install was NOT done safely. We contacted a master plumber and were notified that we were possibly days away from dying from carbon monoxide poisoning! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS HACK!!!! We intend to file a complaint with the Texas Board and pursue in court! Wanted to alert my neighbors of the very real risk to your family’s safety and well being!!
