Dylan's Affordable Solutions

Dylan came to our house and gave us a quote. He requested $250 up front to cover cost of renting equipment. Dylan never showed up, and never refunded our money. He promised several times that he was coming and that he would re pay us. Unfortunately we got scammed. Please beware.

RUN! You don't want to do business with this guy or anyone else in his family. I hired Dylan two years ago to do work on a property of mine that had been damaged. Not only was Dylan hounding me for a check, but he also took my money and literally didn't do anything to the house. He only lied to me every time I asked and pressed. Ultimately, I took him to court in Magnolia County where I won a judgment of over $10k and of which I have not received a dime after assurances numerous times from him that he was going to pay something- anything. When I went to enforce the judgment, the sheriff called me back and told me he has no assets or anything else of value that he could take. I even offered Dylan the ability to work off his debt as I have other rental properties. He even failed to show up to those jobs and do the work. He is a habitual liar and a thief. I would run as fast as you can. Notably, I'm a lawyer and represented myself in all of these issues saving myself time and money; however, you may not be, and recovering your money and the time you have to put in to do it may not be worth it to you. It sure wasn't for me.
