This single wide mobile home had mild algae, mildew, and lichen growing on the aluminum siding and trim. The skirt had heavy dirt and grass stains caused by lawn mower and trimmers. Our special blend of detergents easily cut thru all these contaminants restoring this home to its original appearance. As we often do, we included a cleaning of the patio furniture and propane tank for no additional charge.

This 3,155 sq ft, two story home had heavy algae and mold on the vynal siding and painted wood. We used a blend of four proprietary detergents to cut through all the contaminants and finished with a low pressure rinse. Several areas of the home required a second application of detergents before it came clean. We were able to wash all areas of this large two story home from the ground. We carefully worked around professional landscaping to ensure no damage would be done to plants. This job took 3 1/2 hours to complete and the customer was very satisfied with the results.

This small metal building had black mold growing from the roof edge down. There was also a lot of insects that had dried and hardened to the metal surface. We used a low pressure technique of cleaning that ensured all contaminates were removed without damaging or discoloring the metal finish. Another happy customer!!
