USA Insulation of Philadelphia

The company quoted me $13000 to foam insulate my attic. We agreed on project details, including estimated start date, and they took my information promising to provide the quote in writing and instructions how to make a deposit. After waiting for a week I called them and their manager told me that they were increasing the price to $20000 for the originally quoted work. The reason given for changing the price was that "they were in high demand and everyone is increasing their prices since people can't get their hands on foam insulation contractors". I can't obviously quote on quality of their work, but business ethics and keeping their word is not their strong side.
