He made an appointment to meet with me Saturdsy Sept 16th at 10:00am never showed. up. He would not even respond to several calls and voice mail messages I had made to reach him. Totally unreliable could not even make an effort to reschedule. His 3 star rating seems to be an exaggeration one star is even stretching it. He has no respect or consideration for his customers.
