He was hired to install a walk in tub over a year ago and the tub is leaking and still can't be used. Have sent many emails over the past several months but keep being told that to call him back next Monday always next Monday. after writing him a good review this past Oct. thinking that might help get the job completed but no go. when I texted him earlier this week I was told it was out of warranty and to have a good. His name is NOT on his website or his business card. That was a major red flag that I ignored. He talked about him being a christian and taking his grandson fishing every morning to start his day off. I would like to know where he worships God as they need to study the bible and help this man get back on the right tract as it is obvious that he has strayed off the straight and narrow.

Very unprofessional irresponsible company. They agreed on a contract price, actually they tried several times to earn my business by lowering their price, then from the start for whatever reason the owner would yell and complain that I am not paying him enough! They started on time, but for few days no one showed up at my house or little to nothing was being done. On day 7 (out of 10 days period on contract) they said we will need one more day. Then one day after the contract end date, the day they said they are going to finish, they left the project with only 15 percent of the project done and they were paid 50 percent of the aggreed price. Stay away from this company.

The workers came in and worked hard, they spent 2 days Doing a great job, removing a cast iron tub and installing. Free standing claw foot tub, along with a new floor and wainscoting. Extremely professional and polite. A few days later we noticed a small leak, let CAPs tile know, the guys came back fixed it no problem. Nice to see they honor their warranty. Fantastic kid, we are enjoying our new bathroom. Frank
