Wall to wall painting

I recently hired Wall to Wall to paint the interior of my home which included the kitchen, foyer, family room, guest bathroom and small hall. They were hired to paint the walls, ceilings and trim. I paid an additional $80.00 to the banister painted as the spindles were already included quote, which I supplied the paint for. The time line for completing the project was 3 days. It took over a week and a half from start to finish . Start date June 26th with the completion date of July 9th. I was informed that the final touch ups were completed and that it needed time to bind. I worked with the owner Tim throughout this process, he reassured me that if I found any areas that need touch up he would come back and complete the work. After several attempts week over week he's never been back to complete the touch ups. It's really disappointing as I have saved up to have my home painted. This company lacks attention to detail, poor communication, does not adhere to time lines, does not put their customer first and does not honor their word. The banister didn't bind, the ceiling in the foyer needs a additional coat as well as several areas in the home. I brought several concerns to him prior to hiring his company to complete the work and he assured me it will be taken care of. During the two weeks to paint a few rooms he informed me he would come back to complete the painting and NEVER showed up. He didn't call, send a text or even attempt to update me. This has been a very bad experience. I have tried for the past few weeks to resolve this matter with the owner Tim however he has strung me along only to stop answering my calls. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this company.
