Dwayne Fallin Construction

After several disappointing experiences with contractors, we finally found the PERFECT people to finish the final additions to our other home. Dwayne and Tim and the rest of their crew went above and beyond what they said they would do. It is amazing to watch them work and accomplish in one day what others took a week to do. They stick to the job except for emergencies (tornados struck in our area and we agreed that those in need needed Dwayne and Tim much more than we did). Their combined 90+ years experience from the 'old school' shows in everything they do and every move they make. They are up to date on today's codes including what is required by ADA for the handicapped or those using a wheelchair. There are not enough words to describe the quality of this crew and their work. It is rare to find professionals like this in today's world. We are so pleased and happy with Dwayne and his crew that we are planning to hire them again to do some work on our present home prior to listing it for sale.

Dwayne put on a metal roof for us first and then while at our home we discussed him adding a stoop to our back door. He did such a great job on that, we then discussed him covering a portion of our deck that we already had added onto our home. We have been extremely satisfied with his work. He cleaned up his debris real good when he was finished also. We compared prices before we contracted him to do the work, and he was very fair with his prices. He also has a great crew working for him. Very friendly and pleasant to be around. This project was something we had wanted to do for years, and so we are really enjoying our new roof, stoop and especially our covered porch

He has done rough and finish carpentry for our business for many years. He also does tile work as well as other trades. We have been very satisfied with his work and plan to use him in the future.
