Many competitors are specific to their field: Plumbers, Electricians, Drywallers, or Painters. Sometimes, to complete your project, you need to hire multiple contractors or your contractor will hire sub-contractors to do work. I do all the work, 99% of the time, and will only, on rare occasions, use a sub-contractor if I am not confident in my expertise. An example would be using a granite company to sub the installation of your granite counter top. I promise to always strive to make my quotes as accurate and inclusive as possible. I will include the work I will be providing, materials needed, and a payment schedule. Keep in mind, often with retro fitting, problems occur. It does not benefit me or you when surprises occur. Most of the time, they are unexpected or unforeseen. Communication is a key element; most clients understand there will be some inconvenience to a project. No surprises. I vow to work with clients toward their end goal. As owner/operator, I am the sole person responsible. I don't have multiple employees that will be sent to "learn" on your project. My father owned an apartment and he taught me many skills while I grew up. I have many years of manufacturing experience which gives me a great analytical thought process. I have designed kitchens for a prominent Lehigh Valley kitchen company. I've installed complete kitchens from floors, cabinets, back splashes, microwaves, and everything in between. I take pride in my workmanship and strive to always do the best job I can possibly perform. Although, I am a "Handyman", I am confident in my ability to do most any home project. I can complete large projects like kitchen & bathroom remodels to small projects such as: drywall, spackle, & paint; interior & exterior doors; dishwashers, disposals, & toilets; h/w tank & faucets; lights, switches, & receptacles; moldings: crown, casing, & chair rail; hardwood, tile, or laminate floors I enjoy most any project and love the challenge of new ones. I enjoy the work I do and think it shows. I am happy because my clients are happy and visa versa. They love having a great job done, while not having to worry about the details.
