Rugs By Zhaleh was founded in October of 2002 by Zhaleh ( Julie) Emami, a long time Florida resident of Persian descent. Zhaleh who is one of the few women specializing in the hand-woven rug industry has spent the past fifteen years working and simultaneously studying the different aspects of this artistic and ancient industry.
