ARS / Affordable Restoration Services Mold/Water/Restoration

Matt and Affordable Restoration was a god send to me! I had stachybotrys mold in my condo from a roof leak that was supposed to have been fixed. A company other then Affordable remediated my mold. They said that the mold was gone. Less than 2 weeks later, the roof was leaking in my place and next door. An inspector found mold next door. Matt from Affordable Restoration was called in by the association. I share an attic with next door. Matt was the only person to actually go up into the attic! Not even my remediator when they knew that the mold started there! Matt found mold next door and said that there was still quite a lot still on my side! He showed me pictures. An independent inspector was brought in and agreed that my 1st remediation company had dropped the ball. Matt knows what he is doing! He is a perfectionist and his prices are fair!
