Kirschner Home Inspections, LLC is currently available to perform home inspections in Western Pennsylvania. Our home inspections are performed in accordance with InterNACHI' s Residential Standards of Practice (see video below) and InterNACHI's Code of Ethics. Inspection provides a non-intrusive observation of the current (real-time) condition of the major systems of your future home. The inspection report documents these observations and provides recommendations to address material defects (the home may not have any material defects as defined in the following sentence) and/or safety concerns (not all homes have safety concerns) found during the inspection. A material defect is defined as a condition which can have a significant adverse impact on value of the property and pose an unreasonable risk to people. A home inspection reviews the existing condition of the home and the functionality of the electrical, heating, cooling and ventilation (HVAC), and plumbing systems. Home inspections identify material defect(s) and assist in reducing the risk of encountering unexpected major expenses such as a near term need for a new roof, furnace, or air conditioner. The home inspection is performed with the client to discuss and ensure an understanding of the observable conditions present at the time of the home inspection. Our home inspection report is promptly emailed to the client with a goal of less than 24 hours. We are available to answer any questions you may have after receiving the report.
