I've used Gerard several times now - twice for emergency leaks including a toilet and a shower in separate incidents, and once to rebuild toilets in my home. On all three occasions, the response I received from their office was extremely prompt and professional. Any advice I needed with regard to replacement of parts, cost-effective solutions, etc. for my plumbing problems was given openly and honestly. I was also able to trust the crew in my home when I wasn't present as well. They are a knowledgable group of people who work for a family company that takes pride in its work. I will definitely be calling them again.
