A nightmare!!! Charged a small fortune to open a clogged pipe (over $750). Worst part? He actually charged me a significant fee to "lease" his power snake, in addition to his other fees. Since when does the customer "lease" the equipment a plumber routinely uses? (I don't pay a carpenter an extra fee to "lease" his power saw!) Greedy, unprofessional - took 2 days to do a 1 day job.
