Corinth - Tree Clearing / Renovation | Sep 2015 | New homeowners on a piece of property that was full of trees / ground cover. We cleared many trees, trimmed & pruned others, removed a significant amount of ground cover, trimmed hedges, cleared out an old garden area, did a substantial amount of irrigation renovations for the new sod. Came out very nice in the end. | $10k | Corinth, TX
Bartonville, TX. - Landscape Renovation | Jul 2014 | This was a full blown landscape renovation that included removing existing plants and redesigning beds, removal of existing mulch, bringing in gravel, boulders and accenting hardscape areas with finishing touches. We removed several trees and pruned dozens more, new plant installation along with new hardwood mulch. Major irrigation system repairs that are run off of a pump / well system. Drainage solutions were also designed and implemented. One of the biggest problems we had with the drainage was finding and digging out the existing downspout attachment pipes that were in the yard but grass had grown over all of them over time. Once we located the end of the pipe, we realized that the major problems of the downspouts backing up were caused by a previous contractor dropping all of the Christmas light brackets into the gutters! Then, when it rained all of the clips were filtered down into the pipes and clogged. We are gearing up for round 2 this Spring! | $20k | Bartonville, TX
Private Patio | Dec 2013 | This custom patio with cut flagstone in an ashlar pattern was a little tricky. It was 5 stories up, had to carry all of the saw cut pieces because we could not put a wheelbarrow on the floors. The design had to keep positive slope to all of the drains so it wouldn't hold water. Came out very nice. | $10k | Dallas, TX |
