These guys are IDIOTS. If I could give no stars I would. They work with Lowe’s Home Improvement which is a great company, but requires Abbott to install. We needed a new storm door and a new door. They measured the correct custom size for our door but not for our storm door. Why? Because they’re idiots. When installing the door, they put the doorbell wire so low it’s below your waist. Why? Because they’re idiots. How long did we wait to get our new storm door? 4 months. Why? Because someone dropped the ball, forgot to put the order in and measure the correct size. Because they’re idiots. Then they come to install the storm door finally and realize that the doorbell is too low. Well no shit Sherlock! So now they’re like, “we need to remove the door frame to fix the doorbell” which means we wait another how many more months to get our storm door! Idiots. Idiots. They have a new guy this time who even acknowledges how stupid the other guys are...
