  | HVAC mold removal | Aug 2014 | Microbial growth was found inside the duct work. There was a condensate line that had plugged and overflowed in to the hvac unit. The growth was recent so it was best to clean rather than replace. All duct work was put under negative air and the duct work was brushed, air swept and sanitized. The hvac unit was restored to like new condition with removing the blower wheel for cleaning and accessing the cooling coil to be pressure washed clean.
