You will get a written bid detailing every item, and we stick to that contract. The owner, Tony Pescho is always your main contact for your remodeling project. His experience includes being a custom home division manager for a local homebuilder, a Realtor, a new home sales agent, and a construction superintendent. Heard of horror stories about other contractors taking 6 months to finish a bathroom or kitchen? Not here. Most jobs are finished around 1 month. Many contractors get their foot in the door, just to try and work multiple projects simultaneously, barely keeping anyone satisfied. That's not our style and we believe it has made our referral business our best source for new projects.
