About Arubbahs of Heaven Inc
In the past 42 years as a licensed general contractor, I have built many types of projects for others as well as myself including: residential rental and for sale, dental offices, small strip centers, gas station, restaurants. My expertise covers all aspects of development and construction management including: i) deal structuring for land purchases and construction and take out financing, ii) entitlement activities including subdivision and parcel maps iii) permitting, contracting, bond processing and final closeout. I specialize in helping Owners design their dream home; working with architects, draftsman, engineers and city planners to bring the owners design to the start of construction. During the last real estate cycle, my construction focus changed from commercial project to small remodel projects in order to help property Owners change those important details in a home and make it more marketable. :Life got in the way of my plans, in early 2010 I was diagnosed with cancer and my left kidney had to be removed. During the year after the surgery I struggled with and wasn't able to really work. I put my corporation on hold, with the belief that that was the end of my career. But I have been blessed! I am now cancer free. My life has changed, my love is to bless other people, to partner with them to improve their Environment. We love the look of our remodeled Master Bath! Mr. Whittier and Alberto were very patient in addressing any issues or questions my husband and I had. We were extended Mr. Whittier's contractor discount to help us on the purchase of bathroom fixtures and that was a blessing to help us stay on budget. The workers were respectful of our home and cleaned up at the end of every work day. The work was completed in the time frame set by our contract. Remodeling is stressful, but Mr. Whittier helped to ease some of the stress.
