Replaced a control Module

This unit need refrigerant as well as a ECM Control Module. We spoke to the manufacturers in order to get a specific Control Module. The customer was excited that we were able to get her unit up and running during this very hot time of the year.

Condenser was not running. We analyzed that the capacitor needed to be replaced. The motor was leaking Oil and needed to be replaced. We needed to add refrigerant as well to get the unit working

The evaporator and compressor iced over. We were able to defrost the evaporator and compressor. Once it was defrosted, we cleaned the evaporator and condenser coils. We finished the job by placing the proper filters to get the unit working to peak condition.

Unit was not running when we arrived. The unit was very dirty, which can affect the performance of the unit. After we did our diagnostic we discovered that the Drain pan needed to be clean and control board needed to be replaced. Once we did these tasks, the unit was clean and running properly.

We had to preform an emergency call for this cafe. We recharged the unit with refrigerant. Afterwards maintain the unit. We needed to replace the condenser fan motor and and a capacitor. The owner was happy that we were able to fix the problem so that they could get business going again like normal.
