South Town Landscape

My 83 yr old father had a quadruple bypass a few weeks ago and my husband and I came to assist with his recovery. While here we decided to address his broken sprinkler system and called around for quotes from local companies. My husband contacted South Town Landscape who came out to review the job, gave a quote and agreed to Tues July 17 to do the work. Unfortunately, South Town showed up unprepared, did not bring the necessary parts and claimed someone broke in their truck and took the parts. They stated they would return on Thursday July 19 to finish the work. They DID NOT return. My father and my husband (who also has a heart stent) had to endure the heatwave temps and complete the job themselves. I watched and worried, waiting to call 911 if needed. Really disappointed in the integrity level of service. We mentioned this experience at dad's golf course, his church and the gym, and received suggestions of other companies here in Cali. In the future, once we return to NC, should my father need further assistance with maintaining his landscaping, he has the name of your competitors. (customer: 1511 Marie Street, Corona CA).
