I am a licensed real estate agent working in and near Corpus Christi, TX. I met Eric Rollins about a year ago when he performed an inspection for one of my buyer clients. They were very pleased with his thoroughness while on site, and the detailed report they received within 24 hours of their inspection. I was able to negotiate about $5,00 in repairs for my clients based on Eric’s findings. Several of my buyers have hired Eric since then, and they have all been satisfied with his scope of knowledge and approachable demeanor. As an agent, it’s important to me that I have a reliable inspector I can reach with questions and for last minute scheduling - Eric is always happy to accommodate. I’ve also had him consult with my home sellers. He’s helped my clients see their home through a potential buyer’s mind and been able to point out issues that could be fixed prior to listing.
