Of all the quality contractors out there, Paul Hill has to be one of the most deserving of a great review. I have had two homes completely remodeled by Shell and Hill Construction, both in South Laguna, and have nothing but positives. What I liked and appreciated best was the upfront honest input Paul provides on the options available, costs involved and issues associated with your choice. Then the realistic ongoing status, progress reports and change order issues....If you have the concept of what you want, and the funding, I would go with Shell and Hill without a thought!
