About Peter's Custom Framing & Gallery
In 1966, Omar's Framing established a tradition of excellence and service to the communities' needs for framing and artwork. Peter & Janice Maxson worked directly with Omar and have continued his same vision of merit for framing and art. Since 1979, Peter's Custom Picture Framing & Gallery has the distinction of being the last "full service" framing gallery serving Orange County and Newport Coast communities of Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa and Irvine. Among its over 5,000 picture frame corner samples, the gallery offers traditional cut-and-mitered wood frames, ready-made frames, custom decorative framing & wood finishes, museum-quality 22 k Gold Leaf frames, as well as welded metal and leather finished frames. Peter's Custom Picture Framing provides clients with fine art, digital imaging & wide-format printing, and art/frame restoration. Peter's Custom Picture Framing also offers business decor services and has worked with Southern California companies such as O'Gara Coach Company, PIMCO, Polo Ralph Lauren & Ralph Lauren Home, Irvine Corporation, and McKenna Motors. PCF creates elegant furnish opportunities and creative additions to these business' apparel displays, show rooms and window fronts. Peters Custom Picture Framing is the only picture framer recommended in the prestigious Ralph Lauren City Guide for the Greater Los Angeles Area. In 2001, Peter's Custom Picture Framing & Gallery established MuseumClassics.com, an online resource for fine art reproductions, original oil paintings and custom picture framing. Using Museum Classics, clients can choose from period works of representation to the abstract expressionists or by specific artists as well. Museum Classics can acquire additional works on request. Peter's Custom Picture Framing is also the creator of TVCoverUps. TVCoverUps was establish in 2006 and is a novel and simple way to conceal a TV. Framed art or panel provides the focal point of the room, until it swings upward to reveal the hidden TV.
