After about six years applying our expertise to several specialties, we decide to narrow the company's focus to a few niches, such as Kitchens and Baths. Although our business plan slightly changed, the philosophy that has governed NeWave Construction remains the bedrock of our success. We work closely with each client to devise a remodeling model that meets every one of the client's criteria. While our suggestions lead our clients down the decision-making road, it is up to them to decide how to approach their interior or exterior renovation project. NeWave Construction ensures that we stay within client budgets and successfully complete even the most difficult jobs within the designated time frame. NeWave Construction emphasizes the importance of growing the company to create more jobs in Southern California. With services in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties, we have access a wide variety of renovation projects, from hilltop residence that overlook the Pacific Ocean to small businesses that operate on the fringes of the desert. Southern California's diverse housing and commercial structures requires us to recruit the hardest working and most knowledgeable team members available in the Southern California labor market. We also incorporate our labor philosophy into the way we choose subcontractors. Cory understands how hard it is to take a dream and turn the dream into reality. That is why NeWave Construction has developed the "Design/Build Program," which offers architectural, engineering, budgeting, and construction services, all within the scope of the same project. Our design experts produce pre-construction drawings that help clients see how their dreams have become more than wishful thinking.
