Sunshine Pools and Patios

DO not use this pool installation company. Small business owner with TERRIBLE follow-up and warranty fulfillment. Jim, owner, installed a pool for our family 18 months ago. We showed this individual MUCH grace as he, or his crew, damaged our aluminum fencing, cracked our storage garage decorative pavers, and broke off a 12x18" piece of concrete from our driveway. This was done, in my opinion, as jim was rushing to complete an already late project and was manhandling his bobcat in our back yard. We did ask that his team repair the driveway - which was an amateur repair at best. Despite this, we grinned a bore the agreement we made with sunshine pools and patios. After 18 months our pool's flow and/or temperature sensor has gone bad. We cannot read the flow, temperature, or salt level in the pool. All Jim needs to do is report to zodiac pool manufacturer the serial number of the salt water cell for the manufacturer to fulfill the 3 year warranty associated with this purchase. We have repeated requested that he make this simple phone call to verify our purchase falls within the 3 year warranty. Although Jim stated that he would do this over three weeks ago, He, again, has failed to follow through for us... In my opinion, sunshine pool and patios is a risky choice for such a big recreational purchase. Delays, delays, delays... Excuses, unfulfilled obligations, poor communication, and mediocre work. Lots of installation choices out there - I'd encourage you to consider others. In the future, we will.
