I always make a point to research job as best as allowed and I price out material and give a fair estimate of time. I am there to assist homeowners in whatever they need done. I perform all work in the time frame allowed and I keep an open line of communication. I bring Integrity to my business by upholding the strong morals I was raised with and the belief that by being loyal and truthful, one will gain respect. I am upfront and honest with all my clients and I ask the same from them. I plan on using Social Networking as a tool to attract leads and also to be more active with Local Realtors who can send leads my way. Again, being accessible is very key and will definitely improve my business. I have built several single family homes and performed small commercial tenant improvement projects as well as built two multi family apartment complexes. I can and will do anything related to Home or Office Construction, Maintenance, Remodeling or Renovating. I am hard working and very detail oriented and I have several customers/clients that I get return calls or referrals from. I work on all different types of projects from pouring small concrete slabs, building decks to building 1800 sq ft homes. I also perform small plumbing repairs as well as small electrical work such as installing ceiling fans. I am very personable and having the home building experience, I am able to assist the homeowner with all of their home repair needs and questions.
