Adam julian contracting

Terrible. He didn't finish the work. He left me with a ruined floor because he didn't read the instructions on how to use the floor leveler. Now I have to have another contractor rip up the sub floor, redo that and the reinstall the floor that he was supposed to install. He left me with half done shelving, a half done closet and did not do any of the trim work THAT I PAID HIM FOR. I will be suing him. Do not trust this man. He comes off nice and caring, but he will screw up and the ghost you AFTER taking your money. He wants more money up front- WHY Because he doesn't finish the job.

Wish we had seen the negative reviews before we hired Adam Julian. He took our money, did a terrible job, didn’t finish and left us hanging. Dishonest crook.

Terribleness. DO NOT USE. Adam started a huge project at my house...refinishing basement, garage convert, & kitchen. All of the floors in the basement are extremely unlevel, the floor in the garage room was never leveled, the grout in the shower cams up not even two weeks after being finished (had to find someone else to redo it). Worst of all, I never received air & heating unit or master closet shelving/drawers etc. that I paid for. Also paid for a kitchen remodel & he disappeared half way through it & wont respond to my calls or texts. Extremely disappointed & dissatisfied.

He doesn't finish your job and will never return to finish. When you call he doesn't answer. Then he unfriends you on Facebook so you can't write a bad review
