Atlas Precision Concrete

The whole process was very disappointing. They were never on time and would leave intermittently throughout the day. there was no communication unless we initiated it. We had specific concerns regarding the pitch of the patio to alleviate water drainage concerns, they did not listen to these concerns and we ended up with a patio with pitch opposite of what we were looking for and are now faced with a bigger drainage issue. The patio is not level and very wavy, leaving standing puddles after rain. We specifically asked that concrete be poured to place our AC units on, they were placed on concrete block with concrete poured around them with a down-sloped pitch. They now sit in standing water after rain and this seeps into the cracks of the still exposed concrete blocks without a way to drain the water. We were told this wasn't their problem and we would be responsible to fixing it.
