We setup an appointment with ClearWater to move our hot tub to our new house and they never showed up. We had people there waiting on them for hours. We tried calling several times when their office was supposed to be open but no one answered. When we finally got in touch with someone she informed us that the movers called out sick. We were left in a serious bind and had to pay another company double the price to move it last minute. We won't be using ClearWater again.
