Move Smart Home Inspections

- [ ] Our inspector, Dan, was great with answering all of our questions and explaining everything to us. We are first time homebuyers and pretty nervous about making the right decisions regarding our home purchase. Dan was very patient with us and even explained a lot regarding the questions we had that he legally was not allowed to answer for us. We left the experience feeling very good about our decisions and much more knowledgeable about the process!

Chip was very professional while at the same time personable and very knowledgeable! He very patiently, and clearly, answered all of my inane questions. I 100% recommend this company.

This is an update to a previous review: This matter still has not been resolved. I have provided proof of my payment to Move Smart Home Inspections to the Better Business Bureau, the WA State Attorney General?s Office, and the business, and now they are claiming that I was never their customer in the first place. Move Smart Home Inspections is dismissive and disrespectful to their customers. Their response to a complaint was to ignore me, then refuse responsibility, then lie online and pretend I was never their customer. If that?s the kind of customer service you want, go ahead and hire Move Smart Home Inspections. If you would prefer better service at half the price of Move Smart Home Inspections, hire Richard Rhoda or Stephen Metcalf. We have worked with both of these other inspectors for pre-inspections on other houses we bid on and were very satisfied. If I could do it all again, I?d never work with Move Smart Home Inspections.
