He demonstrated the necessary skill and craftsmanship to do an outstanding job on our home addition . He offered many helpful suggestions and alternatives during the design phase. He kept us well-informed about what to expect with each step of the project. He showed up when he said he would. He took the necessary steps to keep our home clean and to minimize intrusions.

Mike has done several jobs for me, the most recent was adding book cases and cabinets to our game room in our new house. Mike and his crew did a great job and were very reasonable in price and delivered on time. I would highly recommend Mike for any remodeling or construction job

In the trade of Construction one would normally maybe excused for thinking cowboy contracting and people less than honest. Not so with Michael Gordon, I find him honest and a man of integrity. His workmanship is second to none, I would highly recommend him to you.

Bumpass Master Bath | Feb 2015 | Removed the existing shower, garden tub and other fixtures. Replaced the flooring! Upgraded the plumbing at the tub and shower areas. We installed new tile around the shower and tub area as well as the floor. Installed new granite on the counter tops and tub platform. Installed new fixtures throughout and re painted the walls, ceilings, cabinets and trim. We also replaced the 4 x 4 fixed window with a new one that opened. | $15k | Tulsa, OK
Hines Kitchen | Oct 2014 | Modified the cabinets, refinished the stained cabinets with a paint and glaze finish, stripped the wallpaper, textured and painted the walls, installed shelving in the laundry room, installed a new apron sink and faucet, installed all new appliances, installed 3cm granite counter tops. Replaced the interior trim where needed. We also re-routed a gas line that was accessed through the upstairs bedroom floor so the client could convert to a natural gas range in the island. | $15k | Broken Arrow, OK
Kannady Room Addition | Oct 2014 | This is a two story addition which was built on the rear of a house with a walk out basement. The lower level was the addition of a family room onto the already finished basement. The upper level was the addition of a formal dining room with an open sitting area adjacent to it. The roof structure of the addition intersected the existing house on the second story wall level. We extended the existing deck over to the upper level of the addition and created access to it off of the new dining room area. We installed a wood burning stove in the lower level and a wood burning fireplace insert in the upper level. The lower level accessed the existing basement through a 12 foot opening that we created by installing an engineered beam to carry the wall, floor and roof loads above it. The second floor level of the addition accessed the existing house through existing six foot window openings that were converted to doorways off of the master bedroom and the kitchen nook area. Lower Level floors are 12mm laminate that we continued into the basement wreck room. The upper level floor is no. 2 hickory hardwood flooring which we continued into the master bedroom. The upper level of the addition also included a vaulted ceiling with faux beams and two built in bookcases with lower base cabinets. The lower level of the addition included crown molding that we also installed in the existing basement area and master bedroom. | $110k | Jenks, OK
Bacher Covered Pergola and Outdoor Kitchen | Jul 2012 | Built a pergola with a roof and finished ceiling to give the customer the look they wanted and the functionality of a covered patio. We also created this design because the lot restrictions and property setbacks eliminated most standard options. We used large cedar posts and wrapped engineered beams to create the heavy massive rustic look the client wanted. We installed travertine pavers on the concrete slab. And constructed the outdoor kitchen Island with steel framing and engineered stonefinish. I particularly like the 3cm granite with 6cm chiseled edge. | $37k | Tulsa, OK
Carrico Covered Patio | May 2012 | 24 x 24 covered patio with 24 x 10 extension off one side with freestanding fireplace. We poured the concrete slab and finished it with a diagonal scoring pattern and salt etching. The concrete was acid stained and sealed at the end of the project. The covered patio was constructed with 8 x 8 posts and 4 x 12 beams. | $25k | Coweta, OK
Austin Kitchen Expansion and Remodel | Oct 2011 | Installed a 20 foot engineered beam to expand a 12 x 20 kitchen to a 24 x 20 kitchen. Gutted the area down to bare walls and slab floor. Reworked and expanded electric, plumbing and HVAC to the area. Finished the area out with a walk in pantry, hardwood floors, custom designed kitchen cabinets, hardwood floors, commercial grade appliances, and extensive multi layer trim details. | $68k | Tulsa, OK
Hilliard swimming pool deck | Aug 2010 | We constructed a large elevated cedar deck that included a railed walkway around a 28 foot above ground pool and a hot tub. | $15k | Verdigris, OK
Romoser Covered Patio | Aug 2009 | 24 x 24 attached covered patio that was adjoined to the house so it looks original to the property. Included in the project were four overhead electric radiant heaters and a 10 foot diameter ceiling fan. There was also a shelf built into the roof line of the new structure at the existing house line to accommodate an outdoor television and speaker system. We added alot of electric outlets as well as low voltage lighting. As an additional project we built the client a rolling cabinet with storage and counter top that serves as a mobile kitchenette area that can be put against the house wall when not in use. The flooring is a mix of cut pavers that give a classy look to the project and tie the covered patio area to the rest of the patio. | $44k | Tulsa, OK
Kelly Front Entrance Porch | Mar 2009 | Rustic porch entryway with heavy stained cedar posts and beams. Radius roof with exposed rafters and decorative tongue and groove roof deck. The standing seam copper roof panels and half round copper gutters create a strong focal point which draws the eye to it. The concrete slab floor was covered with blue flagstone. | $17k | Tulsa, OK |
