Homeowner had an irrigation system installed last year. The installer didn't provide sufficient strain releif on the underground pipes where the system spliced into the main line feeding the home. The company which installed the system would not stand behind the warranty and repair the damage they caused. Once we found out the homeowner had been without water for 4 days, we went out late in the afternoon to ensure we got her water service restored.

Home owner was looking to improve curb appeal of their home in preparation of placing home on the market to sell. The home is on a steep lot on the lake, with the back deck approximately 15-20 feet above ground level. Most of the wood was weathered, and some rotted. We first pressure washed the deck to allow true condition of the wood to be seen. Identified the components that were in need of replacement. Once all of the rotten wood was replaced, the deck was painted to ensure the look of of old and new wood didn't contrast each other. Some structural components were replaced as well.
