About Let's Add Color
People tease me when they say you can see my passion for color and painting in my eyes. I love creating a home that wraps its arms around you at the end of a long day. My goal is to discover your expectations for a room and work together to create it. With over 25 years experience I have seen and created a lot of rooms but I want your room to be all about you and your desires for it. It is important to me to help you to understand the choices you have in color and quality of products. I believe in using high quality paint because you definitely get what you pay for in this. At one time I was a Sales Representative for one of the largest paint companies and we were taught extensively about what makes up what goes in a paint can. Whether you are painting to make the new home yours or ready to move and want to try to sell faster, let me help. They say do what you love and you will never work a day in your life. That may be true but painting is hard work so let me assist you.

| Small Kitchen | May 2017 | Customer does not like a mess so we used patching compound to blend the edge of the border and painted directly over the existing wallpaper. This was commercial paper , seams were non-existent and very tight. She was going for a little drama to come off of the bold striped dining room. Painted cabinet walls the dark green of the dining room stripes and bold yellow on the other two walls. Repainted the ceiling, applied four coats of yellow ( yellow doesn't cover well), applied two coats of white to three doors/jambs. Much more exciting in person! | $685 | Allison Park, PA | |

Repainted the ceilings, stripped border (was on like glue!), washed walls, applied two fresh coats of paint and then painted bold stripes on one wall. WOW! | Faux Doors | Jun 2016 | Doors began as plain white, six-panel Masonite doors. Boring! Instead of buying new wood doors and paying to have rehung we faux painted them to look like weathered wood.
