Bought a brand new house 11/14 and have been getting the run around ever since, I scheduled a walk through one day before our 1 year warranty was up since they couldn't get our 2 page list completed in a year after coming out 5-6 times to do it. They will not fix our concrete the well drilling truck cracked drilling our well for the 4th time, our hardwoods are still needing fixed where the large gaps are in, our porch is horrible up to 3/4" gaps in the frame, which they admitted to firing the subcontractor for the quality of work, but refused to fix it. Oh yea and it shakes when you walk on it and our biggest issue is our drainage where they openly admitted to installing the wrong size pipe for the amount of flow, and refuse to fix it even though ncdot said it would need to be to accept the road. I would not recommend them unless your willing to put up with lies and a lot of run around. And they usually don't call you back or email back unless you threaten the Bbb which has a open case of this. There are many more issues still not taken care of just read my Bbb report. I had to hire a lawyer to look into this case unfortunatley, even though all was in writing and signed by Wynn! Oh yea we still have spackle on our walls from November that they attempted to fix nail pops and we're coming back the next week to paint over along with our bathroom. Still spackle there..
