remodel and add ons

Dec 2010

The house was 3500 square feet when i started I made it into 5000 square feet when done. I started in Sept. 09 and got done in Dec. of 10. Put down 4000 square foot of hard wood flooring. took out two sets of stairs one going up and the other going down to the basement, put in two spiral stairs and an elevator in place of them. Took a 22 foot by 22 foot garage and turn it into an office. In the basement made a two bedroom apartment. Took out all doors that where not 36 inches wide and made them 36 or more for wheelchair. Added on a sun room and a roof over the garage door. There was a 8 foot by 6 foot porch on the front, took that off and put a 43 by 6 foot porch on in place of it.Replaced doors and windows that needed to be.Add can lights and made a bookshelf in pantry. Built a two car garage that the customer drew up.
