Hello Bennett’s heating and cooling my name is Debbie Dunn. Hope this gets to the right person. Just wanted to let you know about one of your guys (Micheal). Well first of all me and my husband Joe were traveling from Ohio to Nashville on our 54th wedding anniversary and we ended up getting a flat tire on the outside of Knoxville Tn and just our luck the cell phone was dead. We ended up sitting on the side of the road for almost 2 hrs hoping someone would stop and praying than the orange truck with Bennett’s heating pulled up we were so happy someone finally stopped. With my husband not able to get around like he once did after having cancer (which we beat) thank the lord we really had no choice but to wait for someone to help us, it was this kid his name was Michael I’m not sure of his last name but I hope You will let him know that we can not thank him enough. We tried to give him money after helping us he said he would absolutely not take a dime from us and very well mannered which is not the normal where we live. We did make it to Nashville and I told Joe I was looking up this company to Thank Your employee for saving our trip. Your very lucky to have this young man on your staff.
