Great home remodel. Beautifully designed new addition and redesigned deck. Handled all our concerns and delivered what we wanted.

I would highly recommend John for any architectural project. John was creative, collaborative, and thorough in every interaction. We worked with him for almost a year during our home renovation and he guided us each step of the way, including zoning variance applications, selecting a contractor, monitoring progress, and more. We will definitely work with him on future projects.

John worked with us to put a dormer addition that added 3 rooms onto our cape style house. John was very receptive to our ideas, and more importantly John made a number of suggestions that added functionality and aesthetics, such as finding the space to add a walk-in closet to our Master Bedroom that we just love. Throughout our village, there are quite a few houses with similar add-on dormers that appear as clunky add-ons that are are somewhat ill-fitting to some degree. The best compliments we get are from neighbors who know the before and after, and remark not only how great the house looks, but also how it appears that the addition "was always there", i.e., beautifully in synch with the aesthetics of the house. Will add that John's recommendations for contractors were a big help.

John turned our 1930 duplex into a one-family home. He completely redesigned four floors and the internal systems from the ground up. It was an ambitious project for everyone involved and he successfully guided every stage. His plans met and exceed our wishes in both design and functionality. He made handling all the needed permits, submissions, and approvals a hands-free, worry-free experience. He was a pleasure to work with and the work was done on schedule without issue. We couldn't be happier with the results.
