We sold our house and moved into a bigger one, which was unfortunately not in the best condition, but it has a great location. We had to do complete remodels of both the interiors and exteriors. Sidings looked bad and we searched for several weeks for the right contractor. We wanted James Hardie siding and we contacted 4 different companies to provide us with an estimate. Innovative Home Concepts gave us an affordable quote and more importantly their manager was very knowledgable, polite and promised to start with the project during the next week. Now when the James Hardie sidings are installed, I can say that the whole process went smooth and stress free. Innovative Home Concepts workers were extremely professional, courteous and often went above and beyond the original scope of work, to satisfy our wishes. Both my wife and I are impressed because our house looks like a brand new one. I would highly recommend this company for its work ethics and affordable prices.

Innovative Home Concepts did a great job with our roof. We live in an old house and we had major leak problems during the heavy rains last year, so we finally decided to do something about it. We hired Innovative Home Concepts to completely replace our old roof with a new one. I contacted several contractors before choosing them, they had the most affordable quote and were able to schedule the project according to our tight schedule. Their manager offered several roof options, and had great suggestions when it comes to choosing materials. The project started on time and was completed according to schedule in little less than 3 weeks. All the workers were professional, polite, hard-working and cleaned up the work site every day. Our new roof looks AMAZING, we don’t have leaks anymore and would highly recommend this company. If you are looking for a new roof, or to repair the old one, don’t hesitate in contacting them!

This company did great work for me. My house was hit by a storm. They came out and took care of it. Roof and siding. I am very happy with the work, the company, and the way my house looks now. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent work on my home! I was home last Spring when a hail storm hit and just pulverized my home. I seriously thought my windows were going to bust out. When I went outside in the morning the damage wasn't as bad as I thought but I could still see that my car was dented up and parts of my house roof had blown off. When I got to work I googled "hail damage mchenry" and a video came up about Innovative. I called and made an appointment for an inspection with a nice girl at their office. The next day JR came out and got up on my roof. He said there was definitely damage so we called our insurance company. And pretty much from there JR took over. He met with my insurance company while I was at work and called me to tell me I was getting a new roof and gutters. I was very excited because I knew my roof was bad, not leaking, but bad and need to be replaced. Three weeks later I had my new roof and 3 days latter new gutters. All while I was at work! JR did a great job managing the job and taking care of everything. Thank you Innovative and JR! I would recommend you every day of the week!
