Barrie Inspections

I arranged a home inspection from this company a week in advance and he quoted me a price. I had the realtor call to set it up and he quoted her a higher price. I confronted him and he agreed to the original price. I called the day before to confirm and he claimed he had no record of it. I sent him a copy of the text where it had been set up by the realtor. He then said he could schedule it 3 hours later. He was going to send me a copy of his agreement to sign. The realtor got a copy but I didn't. He had sent it to an incorrect address but the realtor gave him the correct address as I had a copy of her text. I pointed this out to him but still never received the email. Several hours later I got got a text from him saying he was backing out - I waited a week for this jerk and hours before the inspection he takes a flier. I guess I must have hurt his feelings. Use at your own peril.

They did a great job and were very professional.
