I scheduled an appointment and was told that I would have someone out at lunch time and explained I had to pick my daughter up from school and other things to do in the evening. I was told that they would call when on the way. I did not get a call until 3:45pm and they were 30 minutes away so I was not available. I could not have my water heater repaired and it’s still leaking in the floor due to their inability to meet their own schedule.
