Hired Robby to replace the top rails on a deck and very long stairway down to a lower pasture. He showed up with Kiln Dried Wood. I asked if it shouldn't be treated lumber as that's what it was originally made from. He said, "This was just as good, if not better" HUGE MISTAKE! I shouldn't have believed him. Long story short, the wood is all MOLDY and he won't fix it! He won't even answer my numerous texts and phone calls. Unbelievable. NOT a good person. Don't risk hiring him!
