We hired Christian to help us rebuild our fountain in the front of our home, install new lines and pumps for the fountain, repair retaining wall behind my pool and fix drainage in my back yard along with replacing sod in my entire back yard! We hired him in late 2020 and the work was completed in the early 2021! We were pretty happy with his work overall except immediately after the work was done there was a pipe burst under my front yard for the fountain! This was brand new installation and in less then a month after the install the pipe burst! We had to keep calling and calling to get him to come out and fix the problem eventually almost several months later he finally sent someone to fix that issue which took them a while to figure out! Right after that the brand new pump and filter which he installed for my fountain both stopped working! The filter started leaking sand in the body of the fountain and the pipes in the center of the the fountain broke as well! He was also supposed to fix my pond in the back yard for which we had already paid him to trench the pipes and balance to be paid once he added the new pumps and filtration for the pond! After calling him relentlessly he finally came to the property and after realizing he would need to fix the pump and filter he stopped answering our calls and messages! My son, myself and my husband have called him and messaged him countless of times and no response!! He gives life time warranty on his work which is clearly worthless! On the equipment which is brand new he gave us 5year’s warranty . We spent close to $80k with Christian and now we have a non functioning leaking fountain and a pond that he never came to fix! We are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the way he conducts after the work is done and he gets his money!! Please beware and do not fall for his lifetime warranty! We will take necessary action to remedy the issues! All I want is for Christian and United landscapes LLC to take ownership of the issues and come and fix the problems and honor his lifetime warranty! I will be happy to post an update if he can come and fix and take care of all the problems

Wow so impressed with the team work, watching these guys work was like watching a symphony! Christian and his team performed several tasks at our home including solving severe drainage and erosion issues we had for years! We had several companies try to correct these issues but ball failed. They installed an underground drain system, installed a large flagstone patio with outdoor fire pit. Do call these guys for your next project..

Fabulous outcome! United Landscapes LLC is a well organized construction contractor as project was on time and in budget. As Christian exceeded our expectations with the project and actually didn't even charge us for several large items we decided to add to the project!
