On premise appliance repair

I called sears because I bought my appliances from them to look at my washer. They told me it would be next week and their service charge was ridiculous so I called around and found this company. James did a great job with getting me on his schedule. The technician didn't take much time to diagnose the problem. It wasn't draining and several people told me it was a possible and drain pump. It was actually a clogged filter which I never cleaned. That saved me some money and I'm glad it didn't damage the pump.

I needed my refrigerator repaired. I woke up and found out everything in the fridge was defrosted. I ended up contacting on premise repair. James was so helpful in getting me setup for an appointment. His tech called me 30 minutes before he came so I could leave work to meet him. Luckily he had the part with him, it was a thermostat. I really appreciate you guys and I will refer my friends to them.
